- 1/8" to 5/8" on the CNC forming machines, in mild, stainless or spring steel; CAD drawings converted straight to machine code.
- Volumes
- One-offs to large runs; some machines produce thousands of parts per hour, while others can switch to a different part every minute.
- Finishing
- Powder and vinyl coating with colour matching; chrome or coloured epoxy for display fixtures.
- Assurance
- Material certificates available with orders; a reply within 24 hours.
Three generations in wire
